Terms of Access

What you are buying

One purchase gives two players access to one Mīharo escape-room adventure for 7 days. Access is granted via a room code and password sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Access period

Access lasts 7 days from the time of purchase or from the time the room is created, whichever is sooner. After 7 days, the room code and password will no longer work.

Two players, one room

One purchase gives access to one room for two players. Both players use the same room code and password. The room supports one Māui player and one Hinengaro player.

Room codes

Please do not share your room code or password publicly. The room is intended for the two players who purchased access.

Refund policy

• A full refund will be provided if access cannot be delivered — for example, if the room code was never received and we cannot resolve the issue.
• A full refund will be provided if a major technical issue prevents play and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• No refund is available once the game has been substantially played, unless legally required.
• No refund is available because the 7-day access period has expired without the game being played.
• No refund is available if an incorrect email address was provided at checkout and the access details were sent to that address.
• Refund requests should be sent to iconicgamesnz@gmail.com.

Technical requirements

Mīharo can be played on a laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile phone through a browser and requires a stable internet connection. Iconic Games Limited is not responsible for access issues caused by the buyer's device, browser, or internet connection.

Intellectual property

All Mīharo content — including the game, story, characters, artwork, music, and brand — is the property of Iconic Games Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or recording is not permitted.

Changes to these terms

Iconic Games Limited may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this page.
