I paid but did not receive my email
Your room code and password are sent automatically, usually within a minute of purchase.
If nothing has arrived:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait two minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- If it still has not arrived, email iconicgamesnz@gmail.com and we will send your access details manually.
My room code is not working
If you see "room not found" or "incorrect password" when entering the code:
- Type the room code exactly as shown in the email — all capitals, no spaces (for example: MIHARO1234).
- Type the password exactly as shown — all capitals, no spaces (for example: MANA567).
- Try copying and pasting directly from the email instead of typing by hand.
- Make sure you are on the correct page: playmiharo.co.nz/play.html
- If you are still stuck, contact us and we will check your room.
My second player cannot get in
Both players use the same room code and same password from the same email.
- Share your room code and password with the other player.
- Each player needs their own device. Mīharo can be played on a laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile phone through a browser.
- Both players enter the code at playmiharo.co.nz/play.html
- Once inside, one player chooses Māui and the other chooses Hinengaro.
- If a role shows as already claimed, the other player may have already selected it. Each role can only be claimed once per room.
